Everything here was perfect. Hotel itself, my room, buffet breakfast, service and location next to a lovely beach. Service was so personal and very friendly that I felt like a VIP. So big thank You for that. Only shame was that I stayed there only two nights which was too short time. But maybe next time.

Очень уютный номер, стоит на горе, вид вдохновляющий! Рядом пляж с чистой водой, местом для прогулок. Обслуживание в отеле быстрое, четкое, доброжелательное. Очень красивые , достойные зоны для отдыха! Рекомендую!

It is a family trip with small children and the elderly . The staff takes good care of them throughout the stay. But there was an incident on the day of check-in, the air conditioner was broken, the air was hot, which was the mother's room. It took about 2-3 hours to fix but nothing was compensated for this incident. and another incident occurred during dinner I have already made a reservation for the restaurant and there is a confirmation email. But the staff in front of the restaurant said that my name is not reservation. So I had to open the email to confirm this booking. The staff then found a table and offered a discount for this event. I understand it might be during the new year. thus causing an error to occur. but if there is a chance I will bring my family back to stay again.

The hotel is very close to the airport (only 10-15 mins) and located on a mountain along Naithorn Beach. It's a bit far from the Phuket Town or many sightseeing spots and popular restaurants, at least 30 mins-1 hr (traffic on weekdays is a thing to think about). If most of your travelling plan is out and about, we would suggest to plan the sightseeing ahead. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel landscape - a huge lush area with privacy. Our room was an Oceanview on the 2nd floor. The building is close to 2 main restaurants and main lobby. Nice view with no shades and trees but the balcony is in the sunshine during the day. (Next time, we may consider Garden view or villa type on a mountain instead. Special thanks to K.Prew (Pullman Touch, Front Office) who gave us a really good advice for Accor Plus Member benefits. Also K.Jane, Front Office Team, who provided a warm welcome and paid attention to our inquiries actively!

very nice hotel, excellent location and views, great to be next to a very nice beach. Breakfast buffet amazing, friendly service, especially at the Italian restaurant. Due to being on a hill, it is harder to get around the property and they should do valet parking.

Brilliant place: great buildings, great location, wonderful service

This really is a lovely hotel just 20 minutes drive from the airport. The buildings are all designed and landscaped so it feels very private wherever you are, the pools are beautiful, the staff super friendly and helpful, there's a great beach next door which is fab for surfing and body boarding AND they have the world's greatest granola (which I stuffed myself with for 2 weeks). Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Pullman even when it is difficult to come to Thailand with Covid regulations. In the hotel the staff was very helpful and they do everything so the guests will have a perfect vacation. Very nice views from the pool to the ocean. All the staff were friendly and hospital. We stayed at the Pullman for my birthday and we had extra attention with a birthday cake, message and special cocktails. The pool area is very relaxing and the ocean views are fantastic.

This was my 2nd visit since 2018. The hotel can still keep excellent service during COVID situation. My family booked 2 rooms and were arranged perfectly without need to inform. Hotel room and overall area were in good conditions. The breakfast were still very very nice with a lot of food to eat (unlike many hotels that cut their cost and resulting in very limited breakfast) The price during COVID can be said to be "Very Cheap" considering that the hotel still provided top tier 5 star service.

The hotel location isn't far from Phuket airport. It is located on beautiful landscape with a stunning view of sunset. The room is nice and cozy. The staffs are very friendly and amazing! They gave me a big surprise for my entitlement of ALL Accor Platinum level.

Truly one of the best resort hotels I have stayed at in Asia. The Manager - Brett Wilson has developed an excellent team which delivers a very high level of service. The views are spectacular, the ambience is very relaxing, the staff and facilities are excellent. Its a short walk through a private gate adjoining the property before you are on the sands of Kamala beach. Wonderfully decorated and well maintained rooms with comfortable beds. The resort is quiet hilly but easy to get around if you are reasonably fit. If not, they offer buggy service to transport you between the lobby and the rooms. The hotel APP allows you to call or book the buggy and book your room cleaning slot. The swimming pools are wonderful with a perfect view of Kamala Beach from the elevated pool. The gym is great with very good equipment. The buffet breakfast was "best ever" - great selection and top quality. The staff were very attentive to our every need and extremely friendly. Already booked our return in April.

We booked this hotel for the new year holidays, it's turned out to be wonderful. Although the hotel was located a bit far from the city, it gave us the spectacular view and activities instead. Our rooms were nice, clean and well-equiped. The breakfast buffet was generous. Moreover, the staff was very enthusiastic and helpful.
